Terms of Service

Plain-English summary. The contractual version of these terms ships with each engagement SOW.

Engagement terms

Every paid engagement is governed by a signed SOW (Statement of Work) that specifies scope, timeline, deliverables, cost, and payment terms. The SOW supersedes anything on this page if there is a conflict.

Standard payment terms: 50% on signing, 50% on deliverable acceptance. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Audit fees are paid upfront.

Ownership

You own everything we build for you — the CRM configuration, the workflows, the AI agents, the dashboards. We retain rights to anonymized engagement summaries (used in case studies under NDA-respectful framing) and to general patterns (we can use the same architectural approach for other clients).

Confidentiality

We sign mutual NDAs at engagement kickoff. We honor them. Anonymized engagement results may be used in case studies but specific brand identification requires written approval.

Cancellation + refunds

Audit: Non-refundable once the working session has been held. Full refund if cancelled before the session.

Builds: Cancel any phase before kickoff for full refund of unstarted phases. Phases in progress are billed pro-rata for work completed.

Retainers: Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Liability

Engagement-specific liability limits ship in the SOW. Default cap: total fees paid in the prior 6 months. We carry professional liability insurance.

Vendor neutrality

We accept no referral fees from any platform vendor (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.). Recommendations are anchored on what is right for you, not what pays us.
