Built for offer owners

You have $0.59 of CPC headroom.

Scaling into that headroom needs an ops layer that doesn’t snap. Per-offer P&L, AI-assisted fulfillment, cross-sell engine, unified CRM — the portfolio operating system for $30k+/mo offer owners.

01

The math the calculator runs

Eleven linked sections — traffic, frontend offer, bumps, upsells/downsells, frontend metrics, backend stage (webinar or call funnel), full-funnel metrics, expenses, P&L statement, allowable cost analysis, and creator/publisher revenue split. Same engine the source spreadsheets run, in your browser.

02

Why allowable CPA matters

Most planners stop at ROAS. Allowable CPA is the ceiling — the most you can pay per buyer after backing out variable and fixed costs. Compare it to your real CPA to see exactly how much room you have to scale ads or absorb a CPC jump.

03

Built for offer owners

If you run 2+ offers at $30k+/mo, the math compounds — and so does the operational drag. Use this to model new offers and stress-test existing ones. When you're ready to scale into your headroom, we build the portfolio operating system underneath.

FAQ

Where does the math come from?

The calculation engine mirrors two battle-tested funnel financial models used by paid-acquisition operators running webinar and call funnels. Sections 01–11 map 1:1 to spreadsheets you can audit. No black box.

Are my numbers stored anywhere?

No. Inputs live in your browser only. The "Share scenario" button encodes everything into the URL hash — share the link to share the model, no server, no account.

What if I don't run a webinar or call backend?

Set the close rate or backend price to 0. The calculator collapses cleanly to a frontend-only P&L with full bump and upsell modeling.

Can I use it for non-info-product funnels?

Yes — anything with a paid frontend, optional add-ons, and an optional backend offer. Coaches, agencies, productized services, course creators, low-ticket-into-high-ticket SaaS funnels.

What do I do with the results?

Two answers. (1) Keep iterating until you're happy with the headroom and margin. (2) When the model says you can scale, the constraint shifts to ops — that's where digicore101 comes in. Book a call from the CTA strip.
